Aroma: Complex — piney, floral, herbal, slightly citrusy
Boiling point: 186°C (367°F)
The least common of the major terpenes, but responsible for the unique character of some beloved sativas like Jack Herer and Dutch Treat. Terpinolene-dominant strains are relatively rare (~10% of strains) and tend to produce an energetic, creative, buzzy high. Paradoxically, terpinolene is mildly sedating in isolation but stimulating in the cannabis entourage context.
